Founded in England in 1878, then incorporated as a limited company in 1907. A business of Joseph Halden, who was not a manufacturer. Marketed as ‘From Craftsmen to Draughtsmen,’ they sold all sorts of art, technical, drawing, painting, and measuring equipment. Was bought out in 1969.
